How long did it take you to get the hang of it ?? i have been thinking about it, although i think id go the route of buying a few pannels from a junk yard its a little cheaper than practicing on a ZO6
Well, I guess I can't say I've really the the hang of it yet. It'll take a lot more time.
Norm, I still hate you. Although, if you were to give one of those vettes to a worthy cause (me) I might change my mind. I'll even let you pick which one!

omg im so jealous i cant wait till i get out of college then im gonna sell my soul and try to get a vette once i have a steady and nice paying income
Your car is gorgeous! I dunno man lol. There are countless Vettes on the road but only a handful of birds as nice as yours out there...wanna trade?
Red 95 Trans Am: M6, Moroso CAI, Magnaflow, Spohn sway bars, back to life as of 2/15/10!!!
SOLD- Kinda miss it
94 Del Sol VTEC: 27 city/ 33 highway, knee deep in slowness
SOLD- Good riddance!
2006 Ford Fusion: 2.3, 5 speed, could run 15lbs of boost with a 150 shot and it'd still be slow
Damn man.. two vettes, 3 car garage backed by a big house in subburbia? what do you do! haha...
Anyways the real question is, which one do you sleep with at night!?
'83 Z28 Camaro. 350/325HP, 3:73's, comp.cam, hedman headers, 650 carter carb, 1 inch spacer, edelbrock performer, K&N, 3" flowmaster, t-tops, 18" Torq thrust-II's and a big bad 4" cowl.
I've offered you this before but just incase you forgot you can adopt me if you want. I'm good at lawnwork, chores around the house and don't eat that much and you could just give me a vette and we'd consider it my allowance .
wow man the look of that vette is just right, never liked black rims till now
I've been the same way. I never liked black rims at all. I was going to go chromies on it but I wanted to tie in with the other black on the car. Funny how preferences change.
Did you rig a booth in the garage? Just curious about how you're handling dust......
That was always the hardest part when I was painting.
Clean the garage out well, cover everything in sight, wet down the floors, shoot in the morning when the dew is on the ground and the moisture is high. Most importantly, I used an HVLP gun. It really reduces the amount of air stirring.
