If you are going to buy a new tranny mount, I would suggest getting a polyeurathane one. I had the same problem with my car, and I ended up replacing the mount 2 times before I got fed up with it and went to a polyeurathane one. The poly mount won't help to increase your ride comfort but it will last. Good luck.
