    you don't need new lifters, unless yours are worn out. new lifters won't do anything to give you more power. if you want the most power, go with full roller 1.6 rockers, and a cam with 230+ duration on both sides, and a 110 lsa.

      well my car has 80k miles on it..u dont think the lifters would need to be changed? i was just thinking since i would be getting new rockers and springs that i'd go ahead and do that too but if they dont need to be changed then i wouldnt do it.

        well after 80k miles they probably are worn some. i have 133k on my car and i'm still using the stock roller lifters. they just seem to never really wear. i only had to replace one, which quit pumping up for some reason after doing a h/c/i swap. have you looked at a price for them? they cost around 400 for a set.
