I have true duals on mine. Pacesetter long tubes, one foot of 3" pipe, then into Flowmaster Delta Series Race Mufflers, then 3 foot of 3" pipe turned out towards the rear tires. Makes good power, and sounds damned good.
Anyone who says that FM kills HP is uneducated in their products.
Including my headers I have maybe $450-500 in my exhaust system.

Load the clips...the exhust note is similar to mine...but mine is a slightly raspier...or I should say, a tad more high pitched when reved. I can't recall the exact note before I installed headers and high flow cats...but it's little different from what's on the site.

The camaro has the older system, I remember watching the clips a couple years ago.

I thought that mine would come as shown above but it didn't. I guess Magnaflow changed the design over a year ago. I doubt that they would change it to perform worse though.

Woot!! Keep us posted on the progress. Good luck with removing the old one, very often it requires hernia producing torque on the wrenches, some heat and maybe a little C4. Soak all the nuts and bolts with penetrating oil the night before you start the disassembly, you'll thank me later.
Tracy, 97 Formula, pretty much stock.

i have borla cat-back and it sounds awesome, with little interior resonance. And i still have the stock y and manifolds.
GMMG is totally amazing, my brother is going to put it on his 92Z eventually, and he had it on his first 91 RS 305ci(R.I.P.)

The Borla is pricey, but you get the longest lasting, power adding, good looking and best sounding system. It even makes 3800s sound proper.
You get what you pay for.

Hmmm, I swapped out just the stock muffler to a Spintech (all other pipes are stock including tips), and I noticed better power and sound. True, I'd probably get more out of a full setup, but for just over $100 including installation, I think I did pretty good.
