  • I took on a sparkplug change

It wasnt that bad. LS1's are a bit easier than a LT1. Driverside 15 min. Passenger 45 min taking breaks. #8 PITA , just did from beneath. All in told 3 scrapes , no bruises. and new TR55's
2000 Z28 SLP sub frames, J&M LCA's, KYB shocks, Waitforme tuning. Ported TB & intake 35/22 swaybars, Firehawk tires

Yeah took me about 2 hours bc I changed out the Plugs bc I ripped one of them .

The Hardest one for me was the driver rear.

Pacesetter longtubes on mine make it a really dumbass job to do.
The passenger front is the hardest on mine id say from the bottom, impossible from the top.

Wouldn't it just be great if the plugs were in the TOP of the heads like a honda....

a swivel headed 3/8 ratchet helps, also twist both ends of the wire before trying to pull off, and if the person before you used dielectric grease inside both ends you should thank them

My swivel head sucks, it has a mind of its own, and with a heavy plug socket on it, its such a pain getting it where it needs to go. I find it easiest to use a box end on the back of the spark socket, best thing for me getting past the headers.
