Some folks are just bent to hate this guy, and I dont understand why. He had a mess explode in his face. The dotcom bust, 9/11 and he is guiding us through it as best as anyone could. We owe alot to this guy, his tax cuts are great, and the fact that terrorists are too scared to attack on US soil. Let them try it. It would be the end for them. We'd wipe them out and they know it.

You see those violent attacks in Isreal and places alike?? How would those Bush-haters like to see that crap here?? See little american kids getting blown to pieces in the streets?? I dont think they realize that could be a real possibility if we relax a little bit, and allow ourselve to be pushed around.

I didnt compare democrats to Saddam or Stalin. They are good people, I hold nothing against them as far as having good intentions. They are just not capable in todays world to protect us from terror and grow the economy, IMHO. Dems may dislike the enemy as much as a good conservative, but they are not willing to be hard nosed with policy.

What difference does it make. They don't enforce the judgments they give out now. They give someone life in prison but they are eligible for parole in 14 years or whatever. To me life means life. So then they start saying life plus a day. Then life plus a year. I was thinking when I heard that they kept the body for a year (long time ago), then life plus 20. I think they gave this guy in North Georgia for not cremating those bodies life plus 700 years. Come on. Isn't this getting a little ridiculous. Say what you mean, mean what you say and do what you say.

They did it wrong. The law should had been written to give to *woman* a right to press charges seperately for the death of the fetus. Not, to give the fetus a life of its own.

Interesting perspective! I think that wouldn't be a bad idea. I guess the one thing they will have to be careful is exactly how they word the federal penal code for this law and how they go about enforcing it.

The liberals and pro-life activists are going to get their panties in a wad over this one. They are already claiming that this is going to "open the door" for more negative litigation as to the human rights of an unborn fetus.

I think a woman should be able to make the choice as to whether or not she wants to abort a pregnancy. I don't think any government body should be able to tell a woman what to do with her unborn child.

I can't say that I neccasarily am in favor of abortion, but I still think it should ultimately be the womans choice.

Yikes I had to go and start the abortion discussion.
