remove the bolt on the tranny mount(lower), support or jack up the tranny a little, remove the 4 bolts holding in the crossmember, take it out. remove the two bolts holding teh mount to the tranny. reverse the steps to install. mine took me 18 mins from driving it in to driving it out, and i had to work a little to get it lined back up, but if i had a drift pin handy it would have saved that.
